Preamble

These Terms & Conditions govern all sales made via the elhee.com website to non-commercial individual customers. Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

1. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions represent the full obligations of both parties and override any other document.

2. Purpose

These Terms define the rights and obligations for the online sale of Élhée products, from ordering to delivery and payment.

3. Scope

The applicable Terms are those in effect on the date of the order placed on elhee.com.

4. Orders

Order Process: Customers must select products, choose options, provide accurate delivery information, select a shipping method, and proceed with secure payment.

Confirmation will be sent by email. Élhée reserves the right to refuse any order in case of payment issues or disputes.

5. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images. Slight differences may occur due to packaging updates or manufacturing changes.

Product availability is subject to stock. If unavailable, the customer will be informed and offered an alternative, a refund, or a cancellation.

6. Pricing

Prices are shown in dollar, including applicable VAT for US orders. 

7. Payment

Payments can be made online by credit card or PayPal. Transactions are secured via SSL encryption and processed through trusted payment providers.

Élhée reserves the right to suspend orders in case of payment refusal or suspected fraud.

8. Delivery

Delivery is available in United States only.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Customers have 14 calendar days from receipt to request a return or exchange, in line with US consumer rights. Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the order.

10. Liability

Élhée is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

11. Governing Law

For US customers, rights under applicable US consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
