The Perfect Labor Playlist - Élhée

The Perfect Labor Playlist

Listening to music to relax during labor or to give yourself an energy boost during the pushing stage is an excellent idea that many expectant mothers already embrace. Labor can sometimes be long and painful, so every means to help soothe you is welcome.

Music has many virtues, both mental and psychological. Listening to a piece of music stimulates the production of endorphins, the famous well-being molecule that reduces pain. Soft music lowers adrenaline and will help you calm down and relax. On the other hand, more upbeat music will give you all the energy you need during the pushing phase.

Here’s what you’ll find on this playlist:

Gentle songs to help you relax and better manage contractions during labor, and others with more punch that will support you during the final moments of childbirth.
